Great pencil with sturdiness

What struck me first was the very nice colors to the pencils. We can divide them out and know whose is whose by looking at the colors, not just fighting with the constant She has my stuff" argument going on. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bic Velocity Mechanical pencil is a kid approved product. They stand up to all the activities that kids go through. I'm in love with them myself!! I really wish these were made a long time ago lol. Reccomending these to everyone

Great pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the new Bic Velocity mechanical pencils for a Bzz Agent campaign. I decided to let my kids use them for a few weeks so that I could give a fair review. My son is 13 yrs old and my daughter is 11 yrs old. Both of my children prefer mechanical pencils to regular pencils so they were excited to try these. The first thing both my son and daughter commented on was how comfortable these pencils are, I also agree. I don't remember ever seeing a mechanical pencil with a rubber grip, a huge improvement as far as I'm concerned. They also loved the vibrant colors of these pencils, not the usual boring colors. Another plus! My children as well as myself have written with these pencils and they perform very well. These pencils write very smooth and almost feels like your using a pen. The Velocity pencils also have a very good eraser, good quality there as well. And my children had no problem replacing the lead in these pencils as they sometimes do with other mechanical pencils. The Bic Velocity is an all around great pencil and I will definitely continue to purchase.

Fun and Useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the new BIC Velocity pencils. They have a very good grip which make them easy to write with. I like the bright colores they are fun. I do not like how the pencils write. The lead is a little hard and I think that I need to press down hard when I write. I also prefer if something can be done to stop the eraser stop spinning when you try and use it to erase something. Overall, it is a pretty good pencil.
