Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils...awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family uses mechanical pencils for school, work, and home - we LOVE these new BIC Velocity pencils! Here's why: 1) soft, comfy grip 2) writes very smoothly 3)comes with lead replacements 4)comes with ERASER replacements PENCILS AND REPLACEMENTS ALL IN ONE PACK - FINALLY! My son took some off to college, my daughter packed some in her backpack, and I stashed the rest away for myself! Couldn't believe it when my daughter said she was actually looking forward to writing in school so that she could use her new pencils! Thanks BzzAgent for the samples!! We have switched brands to the new BIC Velocity mechanical pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a homeschooling family we love trying out new products that we can incorporate in our schooling. My kids were excited when these arrived and opened them immediately. We really wanted to like these. The colors are fun, the grip is nice, they come with extra erasers and lead, which is a plus. But, the lead breaks easily. They don't write smoothly. This leads to frustration with my kids, which is no good. With that being said, we would not purchase these at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these pencils are great. I have to fight my kids to keep one. They have a grip on them that is comfortable. The lead is smooth and makes writing more enjoyable. The lead is durable and doesn't break.

What fun pencils to write with!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that these BIC Velocity Mechanical pencils are so much fun to write with,that my middle schooler is excited about using these for school work.No sharpening needed, smooth writing & easy erasing,makes writing easier!! The colors are cool & attractive to children, which is another bonus! No oing back to standard #2 pencils that break easily :)

Such neat writing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I frequently get onto our fifth grader for her sloppy handwriting. After giving her these Bic velocity pencils to use, I believe part of the problem stems from what pencils she uses! That's not to say her handwriting isn't sloppy, but using Bic velocity pencils encourages her to write neatly simply because the pencil glides along the paper easier than traditional pencils. Erasing is also neatly done, pencil markings don't smear across the paper like they are wont to do with other pencils. All in all, I'm pretty sure I will equip my daughter with the majority of these pencils since her writing is likely to be more legible!
