BIC WINS BIG... AGAIN!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many people would agree that BIC has always had the best mechanical pencils around.I think that the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are the best pencils around. I highly recommend these pencils because they have many clear advantages over all of the other mechanical pencil brands. One major advantage is the vibrant colors of the pencils. The colors are very beautiful and unique. The pencils also have firm yet soft grips and very strong erasers. I would highly recommend these pencils for students of all ages--especially when tests are involved. I am not a student; however, I use the BIC Velocity Pencils to take notes, do crossword puzzles, and for many other things. From my very own personal experience, I was thoroughly impressed with these pencils. I loved the sturdiness of the erasers and the soft grips of the pencils. I also loved the noticeable dark writing, and fortunately, I did not experience constant tip-breaking. This is always a major frustration when using a mechanical pencil. I hope that children and adults alike will stock up on these pencils because they are wonderful!!!

My artist loves these

When we went school shopping, she wanted to buy more (not regular wooden pencils) for her art. She was so thrilled to get these. I don't know if she will ever go back to regular pencils again.

Fun pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Today was my daughter's first day of college, so I asked her how was the pencil worked. she said it was the smoothest writing pencil she's ever used and I think she's tried them all so that says a lot. besides it having smooth writing she loved the grip she said she has so much writing in college and she hates when she gets the indents in her middle finger she told me after taking 4 classes which was all day I'm writing she didn't have an indent and she said believe it or not Mom that's a big thing for me so it's off to buy another package because someone's hooked.

BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are my kids favorite

We have tried almost every brand and they said they are the best they have used. They write smooth, erase easily and best of all you don't to sharpen them! These are a hit in our house.

Smooth and clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate buying mechanical pencils. The lead seems to break easily, the advanciing mechanism breaks and the erasers fall apart. Not these. I can write smooth and smudge free and advance the lead without it breaking and falling out, and the erasers will fix any mistake without a sign.

Best mechanical pensils I have used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are the best I have ever used. My father is a mechanical engineer, so growing up my father insisted we use this type of pencil to write with. So I am always on the look out for good mechanical pencils that are not too expensive. The bic velocity pencils write smooth with out breakage when pressing hard. I am music instructor and these are perfect for writing out musical notation.

Pencil me in!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not use pencils as much as my daughter does so I had to go to her for an expert opinion. Right away she looks over the pencil and admires the bright colors that they come in. She picks out the blue one and starts clicking away for first use. Grabs a empty page out of her sketch book and begins to sketch away. She immediately says that she likes that it did not break right away as soon as she started to use it, then quickly she erases a portion of the face she has started. A slight grimace, as it smudges and skids" on the paper. though she is not put off since she explains to me that most pencils do this since there seems to be a coating on most new erasers. But she is back to drawing and is pleased at the texture an smoothness of the lead. This is important to her for her drafting class as she can be deducted for this on assignments. For me I would agree that I like the way it writes and a quick rub of the eraser on empty page or even the leg of my jeans gets rid of the coating. I really like the colors
