Great Pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] School has started, and we love the Bic Velocity Pencils. The finger grip is easy on your friends. Love the cap on the eraser. They are so easy to use; and are so smooth. Love not having to sharpening a pencil in the middle of working. My daughter uses it not only for school work, but also when she is working on drawing for Art class. Great pencil. The lead doesn't seem to break as easy as some other pencils. And I love that; so I'm not having to buy more lead in the first week of using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter will only use mechanical pencils and is very picky about them. She loved these right away. She says they are very comfortable to use and the lead doesn't break as easily as some of the other ones she's used in the past. I notice that they erase quite well which I like, because messy erasing drives me crazy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here in Arizona school started on August 1st, so school shopping began in the middle of July. About that same time I received two packs of new BIC Velocity mechanical pencils with coupons (thanks BzzAgent and BIC, you're the best!!) You can imagine how excited my kids were!! Because we received two packs and we wanted to share the BIC love, I asked my kids to share the second pack with friends and family and give them coupons. They were...sort of happy to do this. I could tell in their heart-of-hearts they did not want to give away these BIC Velocity mechanical pencils (haha!!) As a teacher/mom, I appreciate mechanical pencils because they don't need to be sharpened. And these BIC mechanical pencils have a white eraser that works cleanly, very little eraser fallout. After using the pencils a bit, I asked my son these questions: What do you like best about the pencil? It writes soft...like smooth...like I don't have to press hard. Oh

Best Mechanical Pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these pencils. They almost look just like a pen. The grip on it makes writing so much easier and better than the mechanical pencils with no grip. I love the variety of colors they come in. I also like that the bigger packages come with extra lead and eraser tops. Speaking of erasers, these erasers erase much smoother. I would definitely recommend these. My daughter took a couple to school and she loved them. She uses them at home too. She was amazed at how good they erase if she made a mistake.

The Fanciest Schmanciest Mechanical Pencils EVER!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really didn't expect to be able to impress my kids with mechanical pencils. They are after all boys who love to play Minecraft and with intricate LEGO sets. But they really were intrigued when I showed them the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils! And it wasn't just the bright colors or the sleek design. They were super impressed that the erasers had a lid! What?!? And how easy it was to click the lead out. Then they were even MORE impressed and blown away that the packet included extra lead refills AND erasers!! WHOA!! Talk about the fanciest, schmanciest mechanical pencils they've ever seen. And they totally made it easier for them to finish their homework. The only negative they had was they didn't like the pink or purple pencil, but that was perfect because that meant they were MINE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils new comfort grip is great. My kiddos loved the bright colors. My 10 year old son said his classmates were curious where had had gotten them. He like the soft comfort grip and the eraser. My 7 year old loved the bright colors. The only complaint she had was that it was a little to big for her little hands. But other than that she liked that the eraser did a great job removing her mistakes.

They love these pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually we just get the standard pencils for our kid for school so of course he was thrilled to see that he got to try out mechanical pencils this year. It is awesome that the package comes with everything you could need; extra erasers and lead. We no longer hear him complaining about not having an eraser left on his pencils and about how they hurt his hands. No kid likes homework; however not as dreading whenever it doesn't hurt his hand. What kid doesn't like bright colors and these pencils definately stand out.
