Love the comfort grip and smooth writing.

Was doing some things that required a pencil, I usually hate using a pencil they just don't glide on the paper like a pen, I must now say I may be doing a lot more work with a pencil, love the feel, smoothness of the lead on the paper and erases it with great ease. Great job on the design of the BIC Velocity mechanical pencils.

Good but going, going, gone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has been using his BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils at school now for two and a half weeks. Since he was starting middle school, he loved the cool factor of these mechanical pencils. The pack came with 5 mechanical pencils and a convenient refill case which included lead and erasers. The bright colors of the pencils really appealed to him and his friends. I noticed recently that he had personalized them a little more by switching the grip portions on the pencils. For example, the yellow pencil now has a blue grip. I liked that he spontaneously added his own creative touch to his school supplies. The pencil write very smoothly and are comfortable to hold. The lead is strong and does not break easily. The only down side that I have found is that my son has already used all the lead from the pencils and all the refill lead. I was surprised that it only lasted two and a half weeks. I don't know, however, if he was sharing lead with friends or loaning his pencils out. I would recommend this product to friends, and he has stated that he would like to get some more refill lead because he likes the pencils. As an Occupational Therapist, I am also planning on using some of the Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils with me students. Getting to use mechanical pencils often motivates them for writing tasks. They also help with natural feedback (lead breaking) for students who press too hard. My students have already asked me when I'm going break open the package on my desk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bic velocity mechanical pencils are Smooth and flows. Erases completely and I didn't have to force pressure on the lead for dark writing. Nice grip as well. Satisfied overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils are amazing. No sharpening which really helps when you don't have time to sit and sharpen a million pencils. The lead writes smoothly and there's minimal breakage when writing which is HUGE for mechanical pencils. Colors are attractive and grabbed my kids attention first and for most. The padding towards tip tip helps with grip and makes holding it even better. Only thing I wish was more came on the package for the price.

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that #BICVelocity mechanical pencils are pretty great except for one thing, the metal tip seems to get stuck and the lead ends up breaking.. Not sure why it does that or what could be causing it, but three of them have been doing that. By clicking the top a couple of time it usually fixes the problem though. Other than that I wouldn't change a thing about them. #BICVelocity #GotItFree #BzzAgent

Back to School for ME!

I always take notes and complete homework assignments using a pencil, don't ask me why. The BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are so hand friendly" I don't get callouses on my fingers from writing and the lead is so smooth

Great pencils!

They were writting and drawing. they enjoying the moment using this good product. They are using it at school. Also, they said that now they can do their math problems faster.

BIC Velocity Awesomeness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter will only use mechanical pencils and with school right around the corner, we were excited to get these. We both love the way the pencils feel in our hands. More like a pen feel. They are easy to hold and easy to write with. Made a mistake? No problem! The lead erases easily to leave a cleaner look than most other pencils. And the best thing of all, they come with extra lead! These are definitely our go to pencils from now on.
