Love these mechanical pencils

He loves all the different colored barrels ... they write very smooth and silky. They erase very clean and easy. Big hit with these at our house ... I am going to have to keep one for myself too ! ... They are a step above other mechanical pencils we have tried. They will definitely be on our back to school shopping list, for sure ! Thanks BIC

Our Family loves these pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids have taken over the pencils! I haven't seen them since the first day I got them in the mail. My son is using them for school (which has already started) and my daughter (age 9) LOVES to draw and is using them to draw her fancy pictures. She would take them to school with her too if she could use them for school work. Being in the 4th grade though, they're still using the regular #2 pencils. My kids have not complained about the lead breaking as they write and draw. When my kids are happy with a product then this mama is happy. Thank you Bic for the awesome velocity mechanical pencils! We will be buying more in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest problem with mechanical pencils has always been how easily and often the lead breaks. It's frustrating to have to let out more lead when you're on a roll with your writing. BIC Velocity mechanical pencils have stronger lead without sacrificing the smooth writing quality. I've loaned these out to my upper level art students for them to use for small detail and all of them love the dark, smooth pencil marks and how clean it erases with the white pencil eraser, a favorite among art students. They love the bright colors and the fact that it comes with an eraser and lead refill pack. Whole the eraser cap keeps the eraser clean if it is put into a puse or bookbag, most of them were lost pretty quickly because the kids got tired of removing it every time they needed to erase. Not a problem for those writing but definitely not a deal breaker for artists either. I have used them myself for linear sketching and love them as well. Would definitely consider buying these again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son (15) and daughter (18) prefer mechanical pencils to standard pencils, so when these BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils came in the mail from BzzAgent to try for free, they were fighting over them! They have used them for a couple weeks now and they have been very happy with them. The lead erases nicely and the pencils write nicely. I had to try it out for myself! When they go through these, I will definitely purchase more of the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these pencils are great. I am an elementary teacher and was so excited when I received these pencils from Bzzagent. They have a good weight to them, not flimsy at all. Also when writing the lead isn't constantly breaking like with some mechanical pencils. Very impressed with this product. I will buy in the future.
