Kids not so thrilled to be writing, but they've got the righ

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While writing is not my kid's favorite activity, at least they can't complain about the tools they're using! Bic Velocity mechanical pencils are awesome! They are very sturdy, write like a pen, and are comfortable to use. I love the capped erasers, too. These will be great for graphing, robotics, and math for my Senior. I might have to sneak one or two for my personal use as well! I usually avoid mechanical pencils because I am an intense" writer. I usually push too hard and break the lead. These seemed to hold up just fine for me. I think I've found my new favorite pencil!"

Great back to school tools

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the mechanical pencils appeal to people of all ages, not just students. I love the bright colors and split them among my kids. The lead is a great size for people who write hard and it holds well under pressure. I'd definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Smooth Writing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils that BzzAgent sent me to try are the best mechanical pencil that I have ever used. The BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils have the look of a pen and also have a finger grip to better hold the pencil while you are writing. These pencils write so smooth! I am very picky when it comes to the type of pens and pencils that I use, and these pencils fit the bill. They erase cleanly, which is important for my children while they are doing their school work, and it makes my work appear more professional since I can erase mistakes cleanly. The package of 5 mechanical pencils come with a tube of replacement lead and a tube of replacement erasers. I like to separate school supplies by color coding them for each of my children. I love the colors that the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils come in, and I can easily divvy them up among my children.

Good pencils

These are a hit with my kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave these to my kids when they started school. My daughter absolutely loves them. She loves the colors and was even able to choose her favorite one. The lead seems to be better than that of regular lead pencils and the erasers are awesome. They completely erase whatever mistakes are made. I'm definitely happy that my kids get excited about their writing assignments because of these lead pencils.

I have 2 teenage girls that write and write all day at school....and have never loved a pencil as much as these! I will diffently be purchasing these every time I need a great writing pencil.

The first box was taken to high school for my oldest daughter, the second box has been used for drawing and writing with my two youngest. The colors were great and they bicker over who gets which one. It also comes with a container of refillable lead!

My kids love these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to think a pencil was just a pencil, but not so after using these. I had all of my kids take one and they were immediately thrilled with the extra erasers. They no longer would need to throw away a pencil full of lead because the eraser was used up. The lead itself glides nicely and is nice and dark. That being said, it erases better than most. The variety of bright colors was a bonus as there was a color each of my children were happy with. The only thing that seems unnecessary is the plastic cap over the eraser. After they use the eraser once, we never see the cap again. When my kids reach for a pencil to do their homework, these are the ones they go for first. That's all I need to know!
