Mechanical pencils that don't break the first day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BIC Velocity mechanical pencils aren't like the cheap junky and easy to break ones. I don't usually buy mechanical pensils because I don't think they're worth it. These ones are. They are comfortable in your hand and well made enough to survive school.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purposely waited for school to start Sony 16 yr old could try the pencils as well. We loved this product. I went out looking for a different lead but I couldn't find it. My daughter has take a whole pack & takes them to school.

Great pencil, but poor eraser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencil is a nice sturdy pencil. The lead is smooth, the grip is comfortable, it comes in great colors. But there is more to a pencil than just the lead... There is also an eraser. Unfortunately, the BIC velocity mechanical pencils eraser doesn't hold up. It may be because of the thickness of the lead or the intensity of its pigment, but regardless of cause, it doesn't completely erase without considerable effort...meaning you'll run out of eraser too soon. In summary, this is a great pencil, and just average eraser.

Kids LOVE these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls helped me open up my Bzzkit and were super excited when they saw the pretty mechanical pencils in it! They each got to pick two of their favorite colors to take to school, and got to keep them in their own pencil boxes, instead of putting them in the community bin, because they were so special! they have been writing with them, can erase easily, and my youngest with a broken thumb doesn't have to worry about trying to sharpen it!!

Loving these pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these pencils have saved my school supply budget. My autistic daughter will only use mechanical pencils, but is very picky about them. We would spend a small fortune on pencils in a school year. She absolutely loves these pencils and tells me so every day. I won't buy anything else now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love these mechanical pencils! With two school age kids in this house and two college students, we use our fair share of mechanical pencils. BIC Velocity Mechanical pencils are hands down our new favorite. The bzz kit came with 2 packs of pencils. Each pack with refillable lead and a generous stack of coupons. My 12 year old daughter loved the pretty colors and the smooth writing the pencils provided( she's an artist). She loved the pencils so much that she gave one to her best friend and shared coupons at school!!
