[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that these pencils are pretty decent. They write very smoothly and are comfortable to hold. However, the erasers are pretty lame. They smudge the graphite and it takes more effort to erase, which is not the most favorable trait with artists like myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to use pencils for my work. I am often outside in the winter and pens freeze up here in Chicago. I have always used mechanical pencils because I don't want to carry a sharpener around should the tip break. These are awesome! I have passed them out to all of my co workers telling them I got them from bzzagent. I have tried many mechanical pencils from the cheap to the expensive and this is the brand I will be buying from now on for sure! This pencil has made my life so much easier!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are nice pencils to use. I gave some to the kids for school and I took some to work. The feedback is the same in both. Very smooth and the erasers work. Some do not for you get that nasty smear when trying to use. This is not the case with these. Very nice.#Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils

I showed him how they worked, he needed just a little help and then he was busy writing his name! My daughter wrote some to do" lists and liked how smooth the pencil wrote. She wants to show and tell her friends!"

The fun, bright colors make the world of pencils a better place. Not the same old boring pencil. My 3 girls are loving this campaign. We've already had to stock up on more for the school year. I am a teacher, so these come in very handy for me also. By far my favorite mechanical pencil.

Like the smooth writing from them there great! The erase quality is great that is important. I'm really glad that it makes it fun for kids and gets them writing more and we really like them a lot more than other mechanicals

Great new mechanical pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! We got 2- packages of Bic's new velocity men handicap pencil. What a great new pencil. There are 5 menchanical pencils, 1 pack of 5 refillable erasures and extra lead in the pack. The pencils are in 5 colors; blue, yellow, orange, pink and purple. Perfect colors for the kids to take back to school or to keep track of which pencil is there's. If the color selection wasn't enough. The way the pencil writes is the best! It's a .7mm lead. Perfect for any work. When writing the lead is smooth and glides on the paper. There isn't resistance like a normal mechanical pencil or a regular wood pencil. The new Bic Velocity Mechanical pencil looks so Much like a pen but it's a pencil. The comfort grip makes writing easy no matter how long you write. Which we love! The eraser has a clear cap on the end which is quite annoying for my kids because there are lots of little mistakes that they need to erase. Most of the caps have been thrown out. But the erasers do a fantastic job getting rid of unwanted pencil marks. Erasing is clean with these new erasers on the new pencils. It doesn't take much effort to fix a mistake. A couple clicks on the end and you have new lead to continue writing. We enjoy knowing the kids will be able to use these even for their tests. Everyone, including hubby, wants one. Thank You Bic, for free Velocity menchanical pencils to try out very please with the new product. We will not go back to another brand after using this pencil.
