[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was writing with an old mechanical pencil the other day, when I realized just how much better the BIC Velocity pencils really are! Yes, I like that the lead is thick and writes smoothly. Yes, I like that they are cute so my kids are excited to have them. Yes, I like that they come with extra ERASERS and lead. But do you know what I LOVE about them? That they have a thicker, comfort grip on them that makes writing with them easier! Its like BIC thought of everything and thew it into one awesome mechanical pencil. I am LOVING these pencils so much... I don't want to let my kids take them to school cause I want to keep them all to myself!

We always have to add holders or grips in order for her to utilize basic items like pencils. These pencils were perfect just how they are. She finds them comfortable and writes perfectly neatly. I went out and bought three more packs for her. She also loves the cool colors as she calls them that they come in. The refill packs are handy also, especially the erasers, this mom is in love with these pencils!
