Best Mechanical Pencils Out There

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love these pencils!! They write so smooth. I love that they come in a standard #2 lead so their's no need to buy other pencils. They come in a variety of colors. If you make a mistake writing you can erase without worry it doesn't leave eraser marks. This is our go to mechanical pencil now, to us it's the best pencil out there for us. My kids only use mechanical pencils and they loved how these write compared to others we've purchased in the past.

Making good marks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is loving the Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils a lot more than the homework she's using them on every single night. We love how they look, feel, and write just like a ball point pen. So smoothly. Yet easily erasable with no need to sharpen. School just started a couple of weeks ago, but these pencils have stayed extremely busy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've put off writing this review until school started and my son had the chance to really put them to use. He loves them! And so do I! They feel super comfortable in your hand and they write so smooth! A little backstory on why this is a big deal for us: My 13 year old son broke his arm & wrist almost 2 years ago. He aquired instant nerve damage to his Medial Nerve due to the break right above his elbow. He wasn't able to move his fingers for over a year. Now that he can move his fingers, he has a hard time writing and finding pencils that he can grip comfortably in order to write/draw. BIC Velocity mechanical pencils have been a blessing for him. Not only can he grip/hold them comfortably, they also don't make his damaged nerve go into a frenzy & cause him a lot of pain!!! The ONLY thing I think would make them better is if they didn't have the little cap for the eraser. Truthfully, they don't get put back on and/or you lose them fairly quickly. But overall, we give these mechanical pencils 5 stars!! I will definitely be buying these mechanical pencils from now on!!! ??????

Awesome pencils!

She and I both love the fact that they are mechanical pencils and you do not have to worry about finding a pencil sharpener. She was excited to take them to school with her and show them off because of all the awesome colors they come in!

From Notes to Drawing

Becuase the lead on these pencils is so strong. The eraser erases clearly too. No more complaints of pencil marks and smudging. These are superb pencils compared to other brands. There are different colors to choose from also. my kids have loved these pencils

Awesome pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two boys and they only like to use mechanical pencils so we were very excited to try Bic Velocity mechanical pencils. We have tried just about every other kind of mechanical pencil so I couldn't wait to see what my kids thought about the new Bic Velocity pencils. First, the likes the bright colors of the pencils. I let them use the pencils for several times before I asked them what they thought. Here's my boys opinion of the pencils: The feel: My boys thought the pencils for well in their hands and were comfortable to hold. They really liked how comfortable the grip on the pencil was. Writing: They thought the pencils wrote very smooth and the lead didn't break real easy. We have tried several pencils where the lead breaks all the time and they didn't experience that with these pencils. They wrote just as well if not better than a wooden number 2 pencil. Overall opinion: One of my boys favorite thing of these pencils is the click mechanism on the side of the pencil instead of on the eraser. They said it is easier to use. They also liked the grip on the pencil and said the erasers worked great too. They even commented that the pack came with several replacement erasers which they really liked. I think it's safe to say the Bic Velocity mechanical pencils were a big hit at our house. My boys have used several mechanical pencils and are kinda picky when it comes to their pencils but they have a asked me if we have more of these pencils. Therefore, it's one of their favorite pencils they have used. We give them a two thumbs up!
