[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids are 12 and 15 and they love these mechanical pencils! They love that they always have a pencil to write with that is not broken when they pull it out of their pencil pouch. My daughter loves the bright colors too. They split the packs between them and took them to school on the first day. The pencils look great and the erasers work well too if they make a mistake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So it's tough to get teenagers excited about starting school but my teens were all too excited with these colorful fun colors and their great grips. They were actually fighting over these pencils. Thanks BIC & BzzAgent for making back to school FUN again!

Super mechanical pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think BIC Velocity mechanical pencils are great. My older son really likes to use them for his schoolwork. He said they seem to work better than other mechanical pencils because they write darker without the lead breaking like other pencils. He also told me that he has no problem erasing when needed. It's too bad his school won't let him us mechanical pencils for standardized tests.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids are all ready to start school with these in their backpacks. They look super nice, are easy to use and write really smoothly. Plus my kids prefer mechanical pencils and they love these. I shared the coupons with my colleagues at work and they flew off the counter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these pencils were great. They havery a very easy and smooth to write with lead, the pencil just flows over the paper. The eraser works well and actually lasts. The pencils come in great colors and are very comfortable to hold while you write. All in all these pencils are great and they are what I will be buying in the future.

Not for us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The eraser did a poor job. Left smudges and didn't erase fully. The pencil was a little on the thick side for kid or small adult hands. Not something I'd buy again. Thanks to the generous Bzzkit I was able to give in s school supply drive.

High quailty pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best Bic Velocity mechanical pencils that my daughter ever used in her entire young life. These don't snap easily like other cheap pencils, my daughter used in the past when she applies pressure on them. They are build strong to last. I love how the eraser, erases clean and doesn't breaks of in chunks like cheaper brands. The thing I like most about these pencils is that they write smoothly. The lead is strong and barely breaks. One pencil lasts a very long time. The pencil is easy for my daughter to hold and it feels comfortable in her hands. I love how the pack includes extra erasers and leads. The price is around $6.00 dollars and I think that price is fair for the quality that you're getting. Overall this is a quality product and definitely worth buying for your kids. They will be the envy of the classroom and everybody would want to borrow one.
