[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils! They come in fun colors and write so smoothly. They are our son's new favorite pencil. He has been spending a lot more time writing and doodling since he got them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always favored mechanical pencils. I have tried cheaper ones before to save money. However nothing stands up like BIC products. These pencils are great! No sharpener needed just click and you have more lead. If you run out of lead just get some replacements. So easy and fun! #bicvelocity #gotitforfree

BIC Velocity Pencils are a cut above the rest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BIC hit their mark for the ease of writing ability with the Velocity pencils. I found the writing was very dark compared to the other mechanical pencils I've tried. This is a very good thing! No more pressing so hard that I have to break lead often! The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the eraser is still the same quality as a typical mechanical pencil. Overall, I would say it's one of the best mechanical pencils in the market.

Goodbye messy wood shavings!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great! My kids were excited to have these for back to school. I typically supply my kids (elementary & middle school) with both standard wood pencils and mechanical pencils. In the past, they have gravitated more towards wood pencils because they said it felt better. After test driving the Bic Velocity, my kids are loving them and will not do without! The pencils are very comfortable to use. They write super smooth, the lead does not break easily, and the eraser does a very clean job with little mess. Best of all, they are refillable, so no waste! The Bic Velocity is by far the best mechanical pencils my kids have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a great mechanical product that I've used so far. And I usually use regular No. 2pencils to sketch things but using BIC velocity pencil works great with sketching! I tried it, and I find it better than the regular pencil. 5/5 stars for the look and 5/5 for the soft N' smooth lead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before getting these, I would love to know if the lead breaks easily. I would also love to know how it erases. My kids love mechanical pencils, so these continue to be a hit in my household.
