BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using BIC Velocity mechanical pencils for a month, I feel I've gotten a very good idea of their quality and worth. I have used them myself, my children have used them to complete their homeschool assignments, and my students have used them during tutoring. They're very sturdy, with excellent quality lead and fantastic little erasers that erase cleanly. My children and students love picking out which color they want to use. They sell for a reasonable price, so I'm not worried when one goes missing. I've only found one problem with the pencils that has appeared in every single one we've used. The metal base where the lead comes out doesn't stay put. It pushes back up inside the shaft of the pencil when pressure is applied. It appears to be a technical design flaw, but it makes those pencils unusable. I'd love to continue using these pencils when they correct this flaw.

Have some fun while you take notes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these are literally the best mechanical pencils that I have ever laid my hands on. The grips are extremely useful, and prevent me from getting calluses. The bright, vibrant colors that these pencils come in are fun, too. The eraser works very well, and the lead is strong and leaves a beautiful print. I love them, and I have recommended to close to everyone that I know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do you remember mechanical pencils when you were a kid. They looked cool but the slightest pressure made the tip break. Well those days are long gone now, my friend. These pencils not only look cool but are so, so strong. No breaking, no marks on paper and no need to curse when writing. My kids love using them at school and keep asking me to buy more because friends borrow" theirs and never return them. To be honest

Great working pencils

Excellent Pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I?ve been using the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils at work for several weeks now and it is my go-to mechanical pencil. I love the bright colors and comfortable grip. I don?t care for the eraser cap as when I need an eraser I want it accessible and not have to do an extra step, but I easily overcame this by just throwing away all the caps. I?ve also shared pencils with co-workers as we all do a lot of writing in pencil and they have also loved them! I will continue to use BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils as it?s a great pencil and a name brand that I have trusted for years.
