Smooth & Rich

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received 1-5 packs of Bic Velocity mechanical pencils from Bic Velocity for free in return for my honest opinion. Each pack of pencils came with 2 refill tubes, one containing 5 erasers and the other containing 12 leads. There are several features of this mechanical pencil that I appreciate. Since I titled this smooth and rich, I will start there. These pencils were made with a retractable tip, this works as a glide for the lead, helping to give stability while writing. The way retractable tip works combined with the #2 dark lead, my writing result was smooth and rich. Each pencil was made with a comfort grip, which prevented the normal" branding mark on my first finger and thumb. Along with this comfort grip and the fact that the pencil is round

BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These came in the nick of time. My little brother was starting school and he needed some lead pencils. Of course, he is such a picky person with his supplies. When I showed him the BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils that I received for free to review for BzzAgent, he immediately became interested in them because of the colorful packaging. Its been a month since he started school and so far these mechanical pencil are still going on strong. Usually the lead pencils that I bought for him before would break and be all over his backpack in pieces with the lead and lead refill at the bottom. These are so sturdy and stront that they are still in one piece and no mess!! That is definitely a huge plus in my book. I have already handed out some of the coupons to his classmates' moms and bought some more for him to keep in stock. I definitely recommend these and think they are worth the price.

Happy Kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love mechanicsl pencils!!! Having different color options really help as well. Each kid gets certain colors so no blaming game if they are misplaced. It has strong led that writes smooth. My kids prefer mechanical and these have done well so far. They last about as long as a typical mechanical pencil but with the strong led there is less breakage. That also means purchasing led less often. All the way around, happy kids means happy mom.

Working hard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pencils erase cleanly from the paper but leave a mess of erase bits all over the paper, as well as leaving the erase stuck with the pencil lead so as to create another problem (i.e. ineffective or smudgy erasing) the second or third time around. The cap on the eraser is a useless choking hazard; destined to get lost by older children or thrown out to keep young pencil biters from choking. Few instances of annoying lead squeaking, otherwise smooth efficient and fun writing.

Great for School and Work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With mechanical pencils it seems you can't have a good pencil for a cost effective price. You either pay $5 or $6 dollars a pencil or you have to treat them as disposable. The new BIC Velocity mechanical pencil is the cost effective quality product I have been waiting for. The features make the BIC Velocity good for me and good for my children at school. The lead is .7 and can be used on standardized tests. This also means it writes well for note taking and the lead doesn't break all the time. There is a grip cushion that helps prevent calluses on your writing finger as well. This is an excellent pencil for my children and I.

Love BIC products

These pencils are great! No sharpener needed just click and you have more lead. If you run out of lead just get some replacements. So easy and fun! #bicvelocity #gotitforfree
