[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a great product and my kids loved it. The writing was bold and dark and not as light as some of the other mechanical pencils I have seen. My son usually presses a little too hard while writing and this breaks the lead but this seemed string for him. I love the colors they come in, so bright and nice. My kids loved the product.

These should be your top pick!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With so many choices on the market, I think that the Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencil should be a top pick. My middle school aged daughter was very excited to use these to start off the new school year. She loved the bright colors and said they write well and she liked that the pencil lead doesn't break off when writing, like some other brands do. They write smooth and nice and I noticed that her handwriting is significantly better when using these pencils compared to a standard pencil. They are always sharp and ready to go. They have a comfortable grip, which helps when having to write all day at school. We will buy these again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these mechanical pencils! The package of pencils had five fun colors to add cheer to our work or school day. These pencils write and erases very smoothly. The lead doesn't break easily while writing. I received two packages of pencils. I'm using one in m classroom and I gave the other to m high school age kids and I think these will last all year!

LOVE the Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got these pencils I was just expecting your typical run of the mill mechanical pencil. Boy was I wrong. THey have a soft grip that I don't usually associate with pencils. The lead seems to write darker, which I thought would be harder to erase, but it's not. Paper came up clean. Of the many mechanical pencils I have purchased in my day, none have ever come with extra replacement erasers, and Bic thought of it. YAY! I think my favorite thing about them is that they are completely retractable. It's not just the lead, but the whole tip that retracts, making it less likely to break the lead. I'm lucky that I have any to use myself because the kiddos seems to enjoy them just as much as I do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These write great and are easy to use. I can't stand sharpening pencils, and these mechanical ones are great. My child likes them as well. It is nice not to have constantly find a sharpener. I have no complaints about these and will buy them once my free samples are used up.

Great Pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these pencils. I kept one pack for myself and gave my other pack to my daughter. She is in high school so she is always writing long paragraphs every day and always taking tests so we always fly through pencils with her, but with these ones they are so long lasting that she has been in school for almost two months now and only used two pencils out of the pack which is amazing! I myself found these pencils super durable and I enjoy them. They are strong and can withhold themselves and they are not like cheap mechanical pencils that always break and the lead always gets stuck. I love the eraser, it can erase so much without wearing down the eraser and I HATE when you have a eraser that wears down so quickly. You cant even tell that you wrote something after you erase it, it just disappears!! Overall I would highly recommend these to my friends and to their children for school or even around the house and work, these aren't cheap mechanical pencils, They give you plenty of lead and erasers and plenty of pencils to last you a long time! Thank you Buzz Agent! #Gotitfree #BicVelocity

Writes nicely but doesn't erase completely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very nice pencils but when you have to erase some does stay on the paper. Which I can overlook this since I hardly ever erase anything. The different colors of the pencils make writing fun and a little more enjoyable. Over all I would recommend buying the BIC Velocity pencils.
