[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the extra strength lead. My daughter says it rarely breaks and she has even shared her pencils with friends in her class. They make learning easier because she is able to concentrate on her work with the distraction of broken lead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils are perfect for everyday use. I love that they never have to be sharpened. I am impressed with how smooth they are. I am a teacher and I really used them, and they passed every test. They wrote smoothly, erased easily and were smudge resistant. They are my new favorite mechanical pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils! They write darker than other mechanical pencils, the lead is harder and doesn't break as easy as others I have used in the past. Erases clean with not a lot of eraser crumbs! Bright colors make them fun and comfy grips make it fun to write with! #BICVelocity #GotItFree

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I will be purchasing these mechanical pencils from now on. First, I love the bright colors! I think these pencils are more attractive than most mechanical pencils. My daughters love them! The rubber grip on the pencil helps with a comfortable hold, and helps my youngest daughter, who is just learning how to write and hold the pencil properly. The pencil has a pen like tip, and the led comes out of that. I think that really helps keep the led from breaking. I put a lot of pressure on my writing instruments, and I have rarely broken the led in these pencils. This is also an important feature for my youngest. Most mechanical pencils would not work for her, but due to the grip and the way the pencil tip is formed, she is able to use these pencils. The eraser works perfectly. I hate a pencil that writes good, but the eraser leaves marks on the paper and does not erase pencil marks. This eraser has a plastic cap (which probably will end up getting lost), and white eraser that erases the line completely. The pack also comes with led refills, and eraser refills, so the pencils will last a while. Overall, I would recommend this pencil to others. It was the perfect back to school pencils for my girls, and I will be purchasing another pack when these need replacing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves these pencils. She says they help her write neater than other pencils she had used. I have to agree as I took a couple to work with me. The writing is smooth and eraser erases completely without leaving anything behind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These BIC mechanical pencils I received for free from bzzagent were great. The pencils wrote very neat and were comfortable holding in my hand. If parents are looking for a mechanical pencils for their children especially with school starting these are the ones to get. My children loved them and they like these better than the other pencils.

My daughter loves them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave these to my daughter who started 7th grade this year. She likes to use the mechanical pencils so she doesn't have to worry about carrying around or finding a pencil sharpener. Refilling is cleaner and much easier than sharpening. These come in a variety of colors but they aren't too bright so that even older kids or adults would want to use them. I really like the finger grips so they are easier to hold.
