[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] School has started and my kid loves these mechanical pencils. She said some kid tried to trade her bic with papermate, lol.

These Pencils Rock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always preferred to write in pencil. Unfortunately, as an adult, it's frowned upon. When we received these packages of pencils, we were excited. They look so cool. Their colors are so vibrant and they're very easy to hold. The lead is sturdy. In a flurry of composing a report, there is no worry about the lead breaking half way through. The lead is very easily and cleanly erased with the attached eraser, leaving very little residue. All in all, The Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils are much better than any mechanical we've used in the last few years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best thing about the BIC mechanical pencils is that they are refillable! YAY, no landfill waste. My son liked the colors, thought they were cool" and said they felt "good in his hand because of the rubbery grip section". As a middle schooler this year and his first time in public school

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the BIC Velocity is the best mechanical pencil I have ever used. The grip is comfortable and they write very smooth. I will not be using any other pencil again. My daughter loves them as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BIC Velocity Pencils are fantastic! The write much darker than the Papermate ones we were using and they erase very nicely. The extra lead and erasers that come with it is very useful. The bright colors are fun too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils write very smooth and have a great grip. The lead last's quite along time. I recommend these to any one more than just a plain #2 pencil

The Lead just keeps growing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although these pencils are fun colors and attractive to kids - I really dislike the waste of lead that happens - you see, like most kids - my children use the eraser almost as much as the pencil. And when they press the eraser down on the paper - oops! The lead just keeps growing out of the pencil. There must be some better design! I ended up having to remove the erasers from all the pencils before they used them again.
