I've made a couple of custom-designed t-shirts with these transfers and have had great results. The printed colors are true and vibrant, without needing to adjust color settings, prior to printing. It took a little patience to separate the transfer from the backing, prior to pressing, but it went well. Application with my heat press was easy and the product bonded securely and evenly to the shirts. After several wearings/washings, all is good.
I would probably recommend rounded edges, rather than sharp corners, for large photos or shapes and try to keep the design placement toward the center of the shirt. The vinyl is stiffer than the shirt material, so it doesn't conform as easily to body contours and leads to some pulling or puckering of the shirt at the image corners, rather than laying smoothly.
I needed transfer iron ons on a dark fabric and thought this would be great for the price. This product did NOT print on my dark fabrics at ALL! Waste of money!! Highly disappointed!!!!
Bought these for some "most expensive day ever" shirts for the family and they worked great. After wearing the shirts several times they still look like new. I followed the instructions but obsessed over the prep and made a few more passes with the iron than the instructions said (until they looked "attached"). After ironing I checked the edges and went back over any that looked loose. It took a little longer but the end result was transfers that have held up well and almost have a professional look to them. No peeling, etc... after multiple wears and washes.
I have used the product on light shirts in the past and had success. However, with the dark fabric transfer I was very unhappy with the result. Too much white from the transfer showed and actually the white turned a spotty brown color. Had to abandon the project.
The “white” backing paper washed out my imagen, it make it terrible, please improved that paper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear about the image quality. Generally, we do suggest selecting a "Best Quality" setting in the printer settings or preferences. That may assist with the image quality. Could you contact our Care Team at avery.com/contact so we can gather more information about this issue?
I bought this so I could do a shirt for a teacher. But this a complete waste of money. The letters was falling falling off and I just really hate that I spent 18.00 bucks on 5 sheets of paper!!!!!!!!!

The quality of these transfers is good overall but not worth over $2 per sheet. There are other high quality transfers out there that are just as good, maybe better, that you can get for around $.75 a sheet. If the prices weren't so high I would give a 5 star rating and probably use them for my business
