Ordered three of the Tru Red Hanging File Boxes and received them next day as promised. However received one of the three covers cracked at the corner. There was no bubble wrap to protect these plastic items during transport which was disappointing.

Doesn’t properly seat file folder in th grooves

It’s a nice tote overall but it just seems a bit too deep tp properly seat the file folders in the grooves. I’m not sure how to get them to set properly without them kind of leaning to the side unless I buy enough of them to fill up the tote
