The frost gray tint gives a bit of privacy for the filed documents and the box is a good size. It could do with a more secure snap on lid; I noticed that some of the boxes had loose lids. If you don't intend to move it around much it is very adequate and a good value.

Issues: unusual strong plastic smell which took several days to fade away but still lingers on. Also the plastic material is not sturdy enough for heavy duty use. When using hanging files with folder tabs they bent over when the lid is closed i.e. the box is not deep enough.
