I was a director on a board of directors of a governmental board. All files must be kept for a seven year period. After weeding out duplicate and files that did not originate from me the remaining files fit in one of the TRU RED file boxes. It has been stored and it available when and if needed in the future. The files could be left in their hanging file folders and can be quickly removed without causing other files to fall over.
