I like having the option to use hanging folders or not. Along the inside the plastic carton is indented to place hanging folders without needing to fumble with any square metal-like frames. Or you can simply use manila folders. I also purchased widening plastic hanging folders which help me organize my files by client to keep files together. Definitely will purchase more for my kids.

The four four drawer filing cabinets delivered to my home were badly dented. The four that were delivered to my local store were also dented. It was not U.P.S. or the Staples delivery service. The boxes were OK. The filing cabinets inside were dented meaning the Staples quality control is terrible.

unfortunately the box did not have a good fitting lid These usually "snap/click" shut and it is always loose. Really Disappointed that Staples stock of these boxes was of poor quality.
