First shipment arrived with 2 out of the 4 cracked/broken on the corners then they were great and replaced them and 2 out of the 4 lids were cracked. Not great quality!

Lightweight flimsy hanging file boxes with lids

If I lived close to a Staples I would by the product off the shelf individually versus having a 4 pack shipped. The totes are functional and work for my needs but they are not very durable. If you need a totes to handle really heavy work you might want to consider another type of tote. If you only plan to fill (but not overload) the totes store them (but not frequently access them) these totes might just serve your purpose. This is probably a case of you get what you pay for. I needed something quickly and within my budget. These meet my needs. Note: It is possible to receive damaged totes through delivery (UPS FedEx etc.) Staples provides excellent service and quickly exchanged the product.

These files tubs are a little flimsy so don't fill them to the max or they won't hold up. I found that filling them to where I pick them up with ease was perfect for them. Had they been sturdier I could have used only 2 of them but glad they came 4 to the pack so I could split up the number of files I put in them.

Pretty tired of cardboard boxes distorting and not holding up very well to long term storage. this is my 3rd year of using these storage boxes. They seem to hold up well and stack well. Perfect for long term storage.
