This is not my first purchase of these pouches. These pouches are very helpful in laminating the worksheets for my grandson. Also I have used these pouches to laminate important papers.
I am a teacher so I use a lot of laminating paper through out the school year. I teach both kindergarten and first grade combo class so it takes a lot of enrichment activities for my classroom. This is my second year teaching this grade level so I am still building my classroom base. I just recently purchased my own laminating machine for my classroom so to be able to laminate all my own things that I make is awesome!! I want to be able to use these teaching things year after year and the quality of the thermal laminating paper makes that possible for me!!
The Staples product is cheaper than the Fellowes brand and works just as good. Just make sure that you let the laminating machine heat up completely before trying to laminate something.
I absolutely love the Staples brand of laminating pouches. These are high quality sheets. I have never had any issues with these. This is the only brand I will buy for our laminating. While a little pricey they all are. This is money well spend for the end product. I usually just wait until they are on sale or I have a rebate to use. I would recommend these particular laminating pouches to anyone looking for high quality no problem sheets. The end product is beautiful with clear pictures no folds or wrinkles ever!
This product retails for over $28.00 and is not very easy to use. The "pockets" are not actually pockets. They are sealed on one end only and are floppy and flimsy to use. If you are trying to laminate one 8 x 11 sheet of paper they're fine but if you want to laminate a few or many smaller items in one sheet of laminating paper forget getting them even or keeping them from moving around. There's no static to these at all. They fall open and everything just slips out. Not the highest quality at all. Not recommended.
