The three packages of Staples 5 mil Thermal Laminating Pouches is the same as the 100 packs and a lot less expensive with the same quality.

Nowhere near as nice as skotch brand. Their 3ml pouches are thicker/heavier and easier to use cause they have less static cling

I went looking for the Scotch replacements but I didn’t want to fight the crowds in the “big box stores”. I headed to Staples next store instead and found their brand and they worked perfectly!

I enjoy the Thermal Laminating unit. However the sheets of plastic are too expensive. I will use the laminating pouches sparingly.
