we've been using this product for years. It's never failed us. Sometimes there can be slippage on smaller items (business card sized) but we've learned to over come that by using a small piece of double sided tape to hold item in place while laminating.

The quality is great. Outdoor signs made and laminated for our Vacation Bible School even stood up in daily torrential downpours. Can't ask more than that! One request: a matte finish version to reduce glare especially when used indoors.
