Impossible to laminate without air bubbl

Missing Vital Piece

We use this product regularly however have to go back to the GBC brand at least quarterly to get the protective boards that must cover the pouch as it goes thru the laminator. Not sure why staples does not offer this with the pouches since could ruin laminator without the board.
