GOOD BUT NOT AS GOOD AS IN THE PAST

The last package of thermal laminating pouches I bought contained 60 sheets and included a carrier. This new pack has been reduced to 50 sheets and had no carrier. When I called to inquire I was told most current laminating machines are no longer thermal. An explanation somewhere on the package would have been helpful. To your credit though I was advised by Customer service that I could use a manila file folder as a carrier.

This machine should not be sold to customers. You need to run through a 3ml page about 5 times after waiting half an hour for the machine to heat up and then the quality is VERY poor. I will be returning it to the store.

I've only used one so far but was not impressed. The resultant sheet was wrinkly. I've been using a heavier non-Staples product for several years which was perfect. Now however it's incredibly expensive. Will likely return this product to Staples.

Not Heavy Enough

It laminates but the lamination still seems really flimsy. Things can be laminated and the lamination still bends.
