Couldn't be better for cables

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried normal plastic ties and contraptions where you wrap the cord up, but these are by far the best. I particularly like that they are low profile. They continue to wrap around the cord after it is secured so you don't have loose ends. Perfect!

Nice clean appearance after application

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical of the holding capability of the cord wrap until I realized it was the amount of overlap that gave it superior strength in holding the bundled cord in place. Once you gather the wire into a manageable bundle, being careful not to crimp the wire, it is easy to wrap the Velcro tie around the wires by feeding the tapered end through the precut hole and drawing it tight. Very secure hold with a nice width and length giving you plenty to work with, certainly a huge improvement over zip ties that are not reusable as these thin ties are. The ties come in a roll with all of them precut to size and shape which makes it easier to store and manage instead of separate pieces taking up space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

CONVENIENT, REUSABLE VELCRO CABLE TIES

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Velcro 95172 One-Wrap Reusable Ties are great!
The package includes 50, ½”x8” ties; 25 are black and 25 are gray. The ties are on a continuous roll of Velcro which is perforated for separating the individual ties (pull them apart).
These cable ties are not the original style of Velcro hook and loop fabric. The One-Wrap ties appear to be made of a plastic material which comprises the very small “hooks”, laminated to a loop fabric backing. Both sides feel much smoother than the older type of Velcro fasteners.
The One-Wrap Ties are of the type that has been supplied with many of the USB cables and other electronics cables that I have purchased in the last couple of years.
The Velcro One-Wrap Ties are incredibly useful. Of course they are great for neatly bundling wires/cables for organizing the “rats-nest” of cables and wires that we would otherwise have around our computers, home-theaters, TVs and other electronic components. What a difference it makes to take control of that mess of cables and neatly organize them and secure them in place.
I also use them to secure my long extension cords in the garage, instrument cables, power cords on tools and for bundling cables throughout our home and cars. They are also excellent for securing cables/wires to other objects like furniture legs or conduits, where you want the flexibility to easily remove and replace or reposition. The Velcro One-Wrap Ties are a superior alternative to using plastic cable ties (tie-wraps) which can be secured once and then must be cut off to remove. The Velcro One-Wrap ties can be positioned, secured, removed and reused.
The Velcro One-Wrap Ties are very flexible and wrap securely and remove easily. They have very good holding strength and are well suited to their intended purpose. I don’t know how much separation force (“pull-apart”) they might be rated for, or any load bearing (weight) rating for them. I would not expect them to hold or secure any heavy objects; there are other products designed for those purposes. The Velcro One-Wrap Ties are intended to be used primarily as cable wraps which are easy to install, easy to remove and can be reused repeatedly. In fact, the packaging is clearly marked “Light Duty Pre-cut Bundling Ties”.
I really like the Velcro One-Wrap Ties. They have many uses, work absolutely great and are even attractively priced!

Better than Zip Ties!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ties are super handy! I've been using them in the basement for tool storage and around the barn for all of our tack storage. Usually I use zip ties, but these are really great as they're reusable and I don't have to cut them off. 10/10 recommend!
