Awesome in every way!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has always bothered me that my son always lost the eraser to his mechanical pencils and not use them again because the lead would come out. Well not anymore! Even my son was excited when he lost an eraser because he had another to use And wouldn't have to throw away his brand new pencil! Not only do they have nice vibrant colors but they also save you money.

My new favorite mechanical pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencil has a soft grip that makes writing more comfortable. The lead is dark like a traditional pencil. I also like that there is a cover over the eraser. I like the cover because it keeps my eraser clean. I enjoy using these mechanical pencils more than any other that I have used. I will continue to use these BIC velocity pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that bic velocity pencils arr amazing. Even my. Kindergarten daughter uses them for her homework. The lead breaks way less often than otger pencils.

BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids having been using the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils for a while now. This has inspired them to write more. We homeschool and they love being able to choose their own colors. My son has one issue with the entire pencil experience. He absolutely loves the smooth writing and comfortable grip of the pencil, as well as, how dark the lead writes. However, he doesn't feel the eraser can fully erase the dark marks. He thinks the erasers need improving. I did notice on some of his writings that the mistakes that were erased were still visible. Otherwise, we all love the pencils! I will definitely be buying more.

Great for any age

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before getting to try this product I was wondering how good the lead and eraser would be. After seeing my kids use them and enjoy them I notice they didn't need to refill them as fast as other mechanical pencils. Also if they made a mistake the eraser erased easily without leaving marks on the paper. I recommend these the price are great, quality is wonderful and the colors are so eye catching.

Maintain Writing Velocity with BIC Velocity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son will only write with mechanical pencils. As a teacher I have never been a fan because of snapping leads, lead replacement, scratchy writing noise, and shredding erasers. Boy are the BIC Velocity none of that! They write smoothly without catching or scratching on the paper. I have had no issues with pressure breaking the lead constantly like I have had with some in the past. My son loves these, too, after only using his one favorite brand. This is HUGE because he is one where he finds something he likes and sticks with it. While doing homework he needed more lead so I let him use one of mine. He instantly loved it. His other kind had a lot of extra clear plastic around it adding a bulkier grip, which he liked, but it cracked and broke off quite often. He doesn’t have one of those pencils that aren’t cracked. These are a slimmer grip and a sleeker body/casing. Now that he’s been using these for a month, and being in high school he throws them in his pocket and goes to the next class, they have withstood it all. The erasers are strong, don’t shred, and don’t require constant replacement like others. The package does come with extra erasers though! I also like the caps on the erasers that keep it from pushing out too much extra lead. Since my son has it in his pocket, I am sure this has helped with longevity of use. Mine are in my teacher bag and it has kept the erasers clean, too. While I am trying the product free thanks to BIC, my opinions and experiences are my own and I have been very pleased. I definitely recommend it.

These mechanical pencils are a family favorite!

I think these are fun, fully functional and all of my kids and I live using these on a very regular basis. I would definitely recommend these pencils to anyone I know who likes mechanical pencils, I would even recommend them to someone who isn't sure if they like them yet! I love the colors, and I love the durability of the erasers!

Good mechanical pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing that would make this pencil better is the eraser. The little cap is just going to be lost quickly by any kid and the eraser itself if not as good as the ones on other BIC pencil products. Otherwise it is a good product and I like that without the need for a sharpener it doesn't create all the mess.
