[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids and I LOVE the Bic Velocity mechanical pencils! The lead doesn't break every two seconds like our other mechanical pencils. The pencil is a nice weight and my kids have all of them in their backpacks! Thanks!!

Great pencil for the price point

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BIC's new Velocity mechanical pencils are great for their price point. The lead is HB #2 so would work on any standardized testing which is awesome for school. The grip is SUPER comfy! The erasers aren't the best ever, but they do the job, and best part is the eraser is under a nice clear plastic cap that protects it from getting yucky or lost. The colors are bold an vibrant, which is right up my kids and my alley! The more color in our lives the better! This is definitely a pencil I will buy again for my junior high kiddo! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Bic Velocity pencils are great! My kids really liked the fun colors and I was happy that they came with extra lead! Always sharp, holding up well to typical kid-abuse (read: bottom of backpack smash), seem durable to me! Awesome pencils!

Best Pencils Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pencils had very strong lead and they were smooth to write with. The pencils did erase cleanly but depending on how hard you write, it can leave indentations on paper. My kids enjoy using these pencils and they haven't used any others since they started using these.

Kids Asked for More!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils are a hit with my kids and they have asked for me to get more! The specifics of what they like - these pencils are not flimsy like other brands and they have a better grip. They also write more smoothly than brands I have purchased in the past. The biggest endorsement is "can we get more of these?" . They have never asked for a specific brand of a school supply before!
