The colors help keep information organized and easy to access. The only downfall is that you can not add paper and sometimes the color you need to replace is sold out.

This didn’t quite live up to my expectations. I ordered 4 assorted and got all blue ones. The cover is barely thicker than the pages and it doesn’t hold shape very well. Really cheap though so I guess it depends on your priorities.
