Does the Job

It is all I expected for less than $1. The covers are not those heavy ones and you may need the support of a desk but heck they are 50 cents on sale! Works as advertised.

Using this for Self-Improvement

I'm reading some self-improvement books and I wanted to take notes. These composition notebooks will be a great way to keep notes I can refer back to I also used one to make a list of books from the Des Moines Library that I want to read. I can go online and put a hold on books and pick them up when they become available. These books will be invaluable.

This is your typical well made composition book well bound and fairly sturdy. The cardboard is not very thick. It is thick enough as a cover but not as thick (like cardboard) as your name brand composition book.

Great for so many uses & Love the Red!

We use these for several things - jobsite notes meeting notes keeping track of phone calls and projects. We used to have all Black ones but when I found all the Colors at Staples I was delighted. We use Blue and Red but Red is my favorite - you can "find" it in a pile or papers or in a file drawer. They are not just for school kids anymore!
