Staples needs to stop playing

I ordered 8 x TRU RED Composition books 100 pages. But instead I received some generic Staples composition books 85 pages. Totally different products to what I actually ordered. Contacted customer service promptly to report the incorrect items received. The agent set up a replacement order to be shipped out. Well of course it would have that I received the replacement order but with the same incorrect items as before!. Reached back out to customer service but this time it was like talking to a wall and expecting a response. This being in regards to getting a proper solution to the problem or help overall instead repeated scripts of verifying mailing addresses and item codes. Good luck shopper if you expect to receive what you order because you'll end up getting the run around as well as more incorrect products.

These books were good quality and it came on time. The books came nicely and weren’t kept in good quality. Also thank you for the extra notebooks.

Great for Telephone Logs

We use these for our Telephone Log. They are very sturdy & hold up to the use and "abuse" they take. Love the Colors!
