Appreciate the upsell

I went to the Acton MA Staples to purchase a Composition Notebook which I easily found. I approached the Checkout area; out of curiosity I paused by the Laptop/Notebook display. An employee (medium hight and build mid 20's Black man) asked what I use my laptop for. I told him mostly e-mail and Internet. He made several suggestions and was very helpful. I appreciate his professionalism and his upsell.

School requires these notebooks for class everyday. There was a time when spiral composition books were considered as notebooks for class. These 21st century school requirements are so different & more expensive. Thank-you Staples for your sales for back-to-school supplies!
