Our use of this product was to hold a series of palm cards (for a literature drop) during the November political campaign. Since this is part of a door to door campaign we needed to hold together three palm cards plus a larger card used as a wrapper. Having to distribute more than 2 000 of these packets mostly without human contact these elastic bands gave us the flexibility to hold the packet together whether we slipped it under a door or we stretched the band to wrap it around the door knob the band held up to our delivery twists and turns 100% of the time with absolutely no band breaks in over 2 000 deliveries. Great product.

Durable but smell awful!

I purchased these rubber bands approximately three to four weeks ago. I use them to bundle blueprints and other drawings as well as sets of bound reports that we mail out by the box full. They are very durable extremely affordable and are just the right size. The only (and main) drawback is the stench. Everything in our supply cabinet reeks and you can detect the odor on that side of the room even when the cabinet door has been shut for a long weekend! The stench is a mix of dead rat in the crawlspace and mothballs. I am double-bagging them to see if this will contain the odor. It's a shame because they are great rubber bands besides the odor. Staples please fix this!

I deliver newspapers and I decided to start buying rubberbands instead of using newspaper bags and I've used other brands and so far these have proven to be the best! They're strong and don't break easily. I can wrap them a couple of times around the newspapers without worry of them snapping and hitting someone or something. I will definitly continue to purchase these!
