They are tight to put on things and are too small for most things that need rubber bands. Shame on the manufacturer.

I need to give you at least 20 characters in my review this one-pound bag of #64 rubber bands I bought at Staples last week. They're great...they stretch beautifully...and the bag they came in is resealable to ensure none of the bands "hop" out. Writing this has been easier than reviewing the ream of copy paper I bought a a few months ago - at least the bands have an actual skill...
