Banding mail for delivery

My wife uses these rubber bands to bind the mail that is going to one address. She is a contract mail carrier for the USPS. I usually buy 5-8 1lb bags to last her a couple months each time. The last 2 times that I purchased them there was only one bag in the store. This means I have to go more often or purchase from Office Depot.
