Used to bind paper to associated container. The are just the right lenght which makes them easy to use. Only a few break while trying to stretch them so they are decent for the value.

this size worked well for tie dying at camp. one bag was enough for 90 shirts. plenty of product in this package.

These are the most elastic rubber bands around. What a great stretch. They really hold true if you pull them and let them go. Got long hair? Buy a bag of these rubber bands. It will be good for the economy.... The bag has a great ziploc seal to keep out any unwanted dust air sunlight bugs even boogers. Just don't leave these rubber bands in direct sunlight for weeks at a time as they can become brittle. Put on a copy of the rubber band band and dance your tail off to the Staples Economy rubber band!!!!!
