Set up each year then use all year around then do taxes. When finished just store incase needed.

The file box is well designed for storing hanging file folders and organizing archived home documents. The handle holds a limited amount of weight and this limits the type of material that can be stored in the file box. Too much weight will allow the handle to slip off the plastic protrusions that hold it in place.

I recently had surgery. The File Tote is just the right size to store all of my prescriptions.

Good size for organizing paper records with a interlocking stackable feature for storage.

I just have started this different tactic. I have been keeping our medical info in standard files but I think being able to transport to different spots in my home is going to be a big help.

This portable file tote is just what I find helpful to store tax stuff for the year. One tote for each year.

So far these file totes meet my purposes. They arrived quickly appear to be reasonably well made and I like that the channels that hold the hanging file 'hooks' run the full depth of the opening and that they are translucent. Can't speak to their longevity; but so far I am happy with this purchase.
