Even if I'm not "toting" this anywhere it keeps my files neat and contained.

Perfect for holding my manila envelopes for the years’ taxes. Also has a ridge for hanging files.

The Staples portable file tote works perfectly for holding file folders and keeping separate work projects in individual containers. The handle makes it portable the groves on each inside edge holds hanging file holders to hold file folders. Plus it’s reasonably priced.

I can always find what I need at Staples. If I can’t find it they are very helpful and courteous to help me. I was looking for a different way of filing papers and I really like the portable file tote and I can use hanging folders. Always friendly customer service reps at Staples.
