Tote arrive without handle. I decided to keep it and not complain because of all the trouble of returning it. IF you can send me a new tote that would be great.

Tru Red Portable File tote used to store my DMC Floss

It turn out to be the best idea I had to store my DMC floss. Now I have it all in one container. If you don't know what that is it's thread for cross stitching. I put the floss in 5x7 envelops and marked what was in them and they sat perfectly in the file containers. Love it.
