I'm glad you asked. This is the most poorly designed product I have encountered in a long time. When I first looked at it in the local store an associate was showing it to me. The clasp became unattached when we tried to open it and we decided it ws a fluke and so I purchased it. Since I have owned it never once have I been able to unlock the box without the clasp coming undone Replacing it requires squeezing the plastic to hope to get the hinge extrusions to return to the holes in which they fit. I cannot believe that the product designers could be so clueless.

Lousy latch

I would not buy these again. I bought 3 and everytime I open any of them the latch falls off and you have to put it on again (not easy). The plastic will I'm sure just break at some point. I already had taken off the labels so I'm not returning them; but basically they don't work as intended—a grab and go storage option.

It exudes a plastic smell but I had to get something! I would have gotten the corrugated paper box ones but you have to buy 10 and I only needed one

I have about 4 of these tote's an they are so convenient. Easy access and great for organizing important paperwork. And the fact that you can just pick them up by their handle and take them anywhere is also a great factor.

Lid is extremely difficult to open. Sometimes the plastic piece that locks the lid falls off. Fortunately it is not too difficult to reinstall it. Previous one i bought last year worked much better.
