Perfect for school this year to keep everything organized at home. Fits the school chrome book and notebooks/papers. I would have given 5 stars but the latch is sometimes hard to snap closed.

The file box would have been great if the latch stopped falling off. This is the second one I have had of these type files and the latch is constantly falling off when you lock it.

This is the perfect size for my files! The file folder tracks are a big plus and the organizer compartment on the lid is very convenient. Although the plastic is a bit flimsy and the lid lock is hard to close. However this tote is under $20 so it's worth a slight drop in quality for the affordable price. Plus I'm using it more for storage rather than transportation so I'm not worried about wear and tear on the plastic. Would definitely recommend!

The box works as intended. Th cover latch is a bit of a problem. It could be a bit more sturdy and easier to work.

The box itself is fine but the latch to open it is of poor quality and is difficult to open. Half the time I end up with it in my hand because it pops off more easily than it releases. I wouldn't expect this with the price I paid.

I get really tired of rating stores for performance they should be doing. The file was fine it wasn’t a major purchase everyone was fine.

I was very happy with my Tru Red portable file tote. I would recommend this product to others who are looking for a way to carry files from place to place.
