I bought two file boxes online. Staples sent me defective items. One of the file box was missing a latch and a lid for the caddy in the cover. The hinge was broken on both boxes. I had to go to a store to exchange both items. This defeated the purpose of buying stuff online. Martha at ocean avenue store was extremely helpful. She verified that the store had the file boxes before I made the trip. She put two file boxes aside for me. All I had to do was tell an associate to do the exchange and those file boxes were fine. Now I know that I have to physically inspect the items before I buy anything else online from Staples.

This file box is the right size shape and style. But it is poorly made and I don't expect it will survive regular use for very long. I miss the old days when things were made to be used and to last longer! I hate cheap garbage that is priced too high.

I needed a file box for all the booklets and instructions you get with small appliances small electronics etc). This box is perfect it's light weight the latch closes securely there's a nice solid handle to lift it. It's a good buy.

More cheaply made than I expected. Clasp not very secure. I purchsed similar ones quite a few years ago and they were much better made. Works in a pinch; but I don't expect it to last very long.
