The latch for the lid comes off and the lid (top) comes off. The lid latch is very hard to unlock or lock the lid. This unit is defective. I’m sure another unit will be good; but unfortunately the one I purchase is defective.

Great product and GREAT customer service by 2 employees. One boy and one girl helped me find this product. Another girl ran away from me and other customers.
