[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a manufactured home with aluminum siding- not great for nail holes! 2 years ago I used these hooks for holiday lights around my carport. They’re still holding great- Christmas lights and decorative lights! Only wish I could purchase the adhesive strips separately just in case I have to move them!

Awful.

I bought these to hang string lights INDOORS, and they wouldn’t even stay up in my bedroom. I followed directions perfectly every time but the adhesive has failed multiple times. From the string lights falling due to the faulty command hooks, they have broken multiple of the glass bulbs. At this point, I’m just biting the bullet and putting tacks in the wall. I am in sheer disbelief at how poor this product is— do yourself a favor and don’t waste the money. I will never purchase a command hook product again, for the sake of the things I am hanging.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought some of these in November and hung lights on our porch at our camp. Finally got to go back last weekend and to my amazement my lights were still hanging. (my husband was convinced they will still not be hanging, proved him wrong) Now......fast forward to
Sunday, i bought some for our patio at our house. Hung them just as I did at our camp. By yesterday afternoon, a couple were down and by this morning more than half of them had come unstuck. Tried using the spares i had left to no avail.
So that is why my review is mixed. Worked great on one and did not on the other. FYI, I live in Louisiana way down in the corner of the boot. Weather here is Bi-polar and humidity is gross.

Don't Hold Outside

Installed exactly as directions dictated to an outside deck railing to hold a string of Christmas lights. They all fell off within a day. Peeled off the stickers and tried again with new stickers. Same results. A total waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excited then Disappointed

Bought these light clips in the last week and tried to put them up this afternoon/evening and not one of them held. 45-50 degrees outside. Putting them under a porch and basically went through 50% of the package in changing the strips to get the hook to hold without coming off. The outdoor stickers are horrible! Used 2 other different outdoor sizes and got the same issue with each of the products. Wouldn't hold a thing! What made it bad, is when I was in the store, I talked an older couple into using them for their Christmas decorations as they did not want to ruin their siding with a "nail". You all got both our money and it didn't work. These items are expensive and, when you can find the outdoor replacement command strips - if one can, they are super expensive as well. I hope the older couple, possibly, the product worked for them. Embarrassing!

Very disappointing
