[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a manufactured home with aluminum siding- not great for nail holes! 2 years ago I used these hooks for holiday lights around my carport. They’re still holding great- Christmas lights and decorative lights! Only wish I could purchase the adhesive strips separately just in case I have to move them!

I bought these to hang string lights up on my covered deck. When peeled the back paper off they weren't even sticky! Extremely disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

worked great for hanging string lights

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I followed the directions and waited over an hour before hanging the lights with the clips. I tested them inside on my mantle and the lights are holding great. There was no damage to the surface. I think these are perfect for hanging different lights for year round use. The only drawback would be they are clear so you can see the adhesive backing and the tab to remove the clips. If you are hanging lights from the interior side of a porch, this would not be an issue.

Midwest Inland Hurricane Proof!

We purchased these clips to use on our shed last year for the Christmas lights so we didn't have to use a ladder for the gutters. Wasn't sure if they would stick and stay on while being exposed to our brutal, cold winters here in Iowa. Not only did they stay on for the holiday and the rest of the winter, but we had a Derecho - an inland hurricane of 140 MPH winds - trees, power lines, traffic signals, and more came down and were destroyed - but our clips are right where they were originally placed and can still hold lights! If that isn't holding power, I don't know what is!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy that I decided to replace the light hooks that I had with the 3M Command out door light hooks. Within a month of using them we had hurricane forced winds tearing through the area. Everything in the yard was blown around except the lights. Thanks 3M for making yet another great product.

They don't stick

I just bought this today. The ones I used to hang lights last year stuck. These don't stick to the wall. It's like they changed the product. Terrible. Waste of money. Disappointed
