The door only opens enough to get to half of your files. To view or retrieve files beyond halfways you need to stick your hand in and pull forward. Also you can only have one drawer open at a time. Otherwise it will tip forward. (if you have each drawer to capacity) If your storing/filing your own small personal docs its for you. I do not recommend for small business and up daily filing needs.
