What a waste of a file cabinet

This is the poorest excuse for a filing cabinet. it advertises as "locking " yet only 2 doors lock - and I use "lock" very loosely. There is no security with this filing cabinet. One of the drawer pulls won't screw in completely and it flops around when you touch it. I expect it to break off very soon. The metal used to construct the cabinet is very thin and the drawers feel cheap. I realize it is considered "light duty " but for the price I expected it to be a much better quality. I get better filing cabinets at thrift stores and that's where I'll be shopping to replace this one. If I had opened the box sooner I definitely would have returned it.

Not as sturdy as i would have liked. Only the top 2 drawers lock i would have liked all 4 drawers be locked. But for the price not bad.

The locking file cabinet is standard useful and what we wanted. The problem was trying to unscrew the handles that were installed backwards for shipping. We stripped out one of the screws trying to loosen it and finally had to enlist the help of the maintenance department who had to go back and get a drill. This may not be the case for all the cabinets we just had Thor preparing ours for shipment apparently. Still a good cabinet solid and not too heavy to move into it's final position.

I was looking for a filing cabinet for my office and this cabinet came up. I have only had it less than a week and just tried to open the bottom drawer and it is warped and will not open. For the price I am disappointed and this should be only listed for home not office.
